Salt & Smoke products are digital only. This page explains how delivery works and how to request a refund.
Digital delivery
We sell digital cards and print-at-home files. There is no physical shipping and no postal delivery.
When you buy for yourself, we send the download link to the email address used at checkout after payment is complete.
When you send a card as a gift, we email it to the recipient immediately or on the scheduled date you choose.
Print-at-home files
Print-at-home offers normally include files for A4 and US Letter paper where available, so you can choose the version that matches your printer paper.
For best results, print at Actual Size / 100% and avoid Fit to Page when exact sizing matters.
Refunds
If something is wrong, or if you simply change your mind, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
If a download link, gift delivery, or file access fails, we will fix the issue or refund you in full.
