Who we are

The Salt & Smoke store is operated by "Nakrai sveta" Ltd (trading as AWE Studio), a company registered in Bulgaria (Company No. 206029092), with its registered seat at Sofia, Mladost 1A 553A 5. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we sell

We sell digital cards — downloadable artwork and writing inspired by our book reviews. All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes.

Orders and delivery

When you buy a card for yourself, you receive an instant download link by email after payment. When you send a card as a gift, we email it to the recipient — immediately or on the scheduled date you choose. Delivery is digital only; there is no physical shipping.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's wrong, or you simply change your mind, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

If a download or gift delivery ever fails, we will fix it or refund you in full.

Website content and copyright

All content on this website — including our book reviews, writing, images and design — is owned by "Nakrai sveta" Ltd and its creators and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to read it and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Your purchase licence

When you buy a digital card, you receive a licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not resell, redistribute or claim it as your own. We retain all intellectual property rights in the cards.

Liability

We provide the store and cards as-is and do our best to keep everything working. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
